Shipping & Returns
With Art of Simplicity offers complimentary shipping in the Netherlands. Outside of the Netherlands the shipping costs depends on the country of destination we calculate in the check out. All orders are sent on a Delivery Duties Paid Service, so no additional customs or taxes will be charged on delivery.

Any item that you’d like to return an order follow the steps listed below.
Please complete the returns form, if needed you can download a new return form here and send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the form filled in. with the reason with return so we can sand you the right return label per email.
Pack the products in the original shipping box or any other solid carton. Make sure to include the return form and the original invoice in the box. Close the box and tape it securely.
Then drop off your package to the post location depending on which label you received, to return your order,
Art of Simplicity shall reimburse the payments for the products the consumer has made, including any delivery costs charged by Art of Simplicity for the returned product, immediately but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer gives notification of the revocation (time of dissolution). The repayment is free of charge for the consumer.
Please note However, we strongly recommend you to send your parcel with tracking and keep proof of postage. If the product gets lost this is not our responsibility the item must be received within 14 days. Exchanging or returning an item is possible only if the product was purchased online and the conditions below have been satisfied:
If all the original documents (certificates, warranties, etc.) and the original purchase receipt are available, the item is authentic and is in new condition, packed in the original (brand) box and the item shows no signs of wear and/or damage.
If the item is found genuine and undamaged by an Art of Simplicity specialist, and the other conditions listed have been fulfilled, then the customer will be contacted to confirm that we have accepted the exchange/return. In that case the purchase amount will be refunded to the customer/the item may be exchanged.
If the item is damaged and/or inauthentic and/or does not have all the aforementioned authentic papers and documents, it cannot be accepted for exchange/return and the customer will be notified (where applicable also in writing by email), giving all the reasons. In this case the purchased item remains as the customer’s possession. Refunds: If the product is received at our return address in good condition, your money will be refunded within 28 days.
Please note If the shipping is not within the Netherlands but internationally, Art of Simplicity doesn’t cover the additional shipping cost. For non-European countries Art of Simplicity first offers the price including vat, once the costumer has received the article, Art of Simplicity refunds the Dutch vat. Vat of a non-European country and import cost are to pay by the customer. When returning a purchase with the Art of Simplicity Gift card, the amount will only be refunded on the Art of Simplicity Gift Card. When the product is received in good condition at our return address, your purchase amount will be refunded within 28 days. Further, the shipping costs will only be refunded if you have received goods, which were not the goods you ordered or if the goods were damaged upon arrival.
