Care Instructions
Every piece needs some love from
time to time
All Art of Simplicity jewellery is handmade by goldsmiths in the Netherlands and therefore should be worn with care. To preserve the beauty of your jewels over time we recommend the following precautions: avoid direct contact and exposure to jewellery-sensitive materials such as body lotions, chlorine, harsh elements, hairspray and perfume, this could affect its colour and aspect. Moreover, we generally recommend that you do not wear your jewellery when performing certain activities (sports, gardening, etc.) to prevent it from being damaged or from coming into contact with harmful products. Shining service
keeping it beautiful
Your jewellery is part of you – it accompanies you through daily life, or it is sometimes worn more occasionally and may become marked over time. To restore its brilliance, the Art of Simplicity goldsmiths will perform a careful cleaning procedure according to the delicacy of the materials and gemstones of the jewels. This cleaning service is complimentary once a year.
In case of requiring the cleaning service more than once a year, a 30 € charge will be applied (Incl. VAT).
Adjustments
Made to fit
In case your purchase doesn’t fit correctly, we offer our adjustment service. Whereby our goldsmiths apply their technical expertise to adjust your piece of jewellery. They can skillfully shape the metal of any ring and modify the length of any chain. This adjustment service is complimentary when the adjustment is made within 3 months of your purchase.
After 3 months, an 80 € charge will be applied (Incl. VAT).
